Oil and Metals Look to OECD Outlook, Geithner Testimony as Catalysts

Oil and metals have come off recent swing highs and now look ahead to the release of an updated OECD global economic outlook, US jobless claims and leading indicators data, as well as Congressional testimony from US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner.
